BACKGROUND
In the Fall of 2020, amidst the disruption of the pandemic and inspired by the necessity and possibilities of the Food Sovereignty, Social Justice and Climate Action movements, the co-founders and partners at Finnriver Farm & Cidery established The Chimacum Center, a non-profit project fiscally sponsored through the 501(c)(3) Social Good Fund.
The Chimacum Center hired Executive Director Melissa O'Neil in the Fall of 2021 and continued growing partnerships and program possibilities.
